Innovative Solutions Group (ISG) CEO, Arnoux Maré, has been honoured with another “CEO of the Year Award” at this year’s Africa Leadership Awards, making this his third victory.

ISG received three awards, which included the “Operational Excellence and Quality Award”; “Outsourcing Provider of the Year Award” and “Excellence in Customer Service Award”.

“This brings me great joy. We are honoured that the judges recognise the hard work we have put into this year. As an organisation, these awards also speak to the team’s dedication and belief in what we are doing. I’m super humbled to be honoured with the CEO of the Year award for the third consecutive time. I hope that others may draw inspiration from what you can achieve if you relentlessly pursuit your ambitions,” says Maré .

The awards which were held in Mauritius on Wednesday, 4 December 2019, focus on Achievers, Super Achievers and Future Business Leaders. It attracts the best from Africa while highlighting and awarding their ability to steer their businesses through turbulent times, applying the best business modules to manage and keep their missions afloat. Over 20 categories recognise the achievements made by selected high profile corporate business leaders in Africa and honour their great contributions towards the country’s economic development.

The idea for ISG resulted from identifying a gap in the market and taking advantage of it.

“Our outsourcing solutions are designed to simplify systems and lessen our clients’ workload, allowing them to do what they do best, while we focus on our core capability: solving their staffing needs,” Maré explains.

He says the group has demonstrated that it is possible to bridge the large skills shortage in the workplace.

Maré is confident that ISG will continue to lead the outsourcing industry in South Africa, while at the same time educating the public and labour market about its positive contribution to economic growth.

“We have a unique offering whereby we ensure that our outsourced workforce is part of a continuous process of learning and growth to the benefit of our clients. We focus specifically on upskilling people working in the unskilled and semi-skilled sectors, creating opportunities for further education, on-the-job training, mentorship programmes and promotion,” Maré concludes.
