Innovative Staffing Solutions is South Africa’s leading operational outsourcing company, and a subsidiary of the Innovative Solutions Group.

Our company offers holistic, A to Z operational services for a diverse range of businesses in a variety of sectors. From regulatory compliance, quality control and operational planning to project management, human resources, and administration, we offer a one-stop shop for all operational needs.

Our rapidly expanding book of close to 38,000 permanently employed, full-time staff across the country serve as a testament to our success, with a strong track record of achievements in industries such as mining, agriculture, engineering, construction, transportation and logistics, hospitality, retail, FMCG, and more.

OUR HISTORY

Launched by successful entrepreneur Arnoux Maré in 2011, Innovative Staffing Solutions has grown from a staff complement of just five people to a multi-billion rand company with nearly 38,000 permanently employed, full-time staff nationwide.

Since our founding, we have helped to revolutionise hundreds of companies by taking responsibility for managing their non-core operations and administration, enabling them to focus on the vital goal of growing their business.

Over the years, our footprint has rapidly expanded across the country. We now boast offices in several major cities including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, East London, and Port Elizabeth, enabling us to assist clients no matter their geographic location.
